Well alot has happened since our last post.
Xavi hiked Babler Park, pretty much by himself even though we had a backpack for him.
We have our first Thanksgiving in our new home and almost everyone had a stomach bug. Poor Aunt Rachel flew all the way from Seattle and then ended up sleeping and laying on our guest bedroom floor for 26 hours straight.
We celebrated Christmas in Chicago and Xavi loved being around so much family. He was wired for days and quite sad when it was just him and Amie again.
Xavi also celebrated his 2nd Birthday with a Thomas theme. He loved all of it, though at times overwhelmed by all the presents and friends that came to celebrate with him.
Thanks for this brief catch up on our life with a 2 year old and we hope you enjoy our pics!

some fun pix! glad he got the "hiking gene". it will be fun to take all the cousins on thanksgiving and/or christmas hikes:
-Xavi will be jumping off rocks and swinging from vines, while pulling football choo choo behind him.
-Isaac will be following.
-Irene will be lecturing on the dangers associated.
-Ray will have drug Noa off on their own adventure.
-Didu will be sockless...bandaging all the cuts.
-Gigi will walk alone as she can't bear to watch.
good times! pocket knives all around!
