It's been a while, there are many pictures for your viewing pleasure, but before that let me share a few highlights from the past month or so.
Lidia and Neuza came to visit and we all took a car ride into Illinois on the ferries to get donut peaches and to pick blackberries. It was a fun time, I highly recommend picking fruit with the family, I have been doing it for a long time and it's created some great family memories.
Xavi has been swimming a few times, his favorite place is the New Town pool because he can walk and float by himself. Mr. Independent.
Xavi and his Uncle Jon, Aunt Jo, mommy, and daddy all happily went and explored the Butterfly House! It seemed that mommy and Aunt Jo had the best time, but its a cool place if you've never been there. After the Butterfly House we stopped by an Italian market and Jeff and Jon seemed to enjoy the toasted ravoli, more than the Butterfly House.
Xavi took another trip to Chicago for the family picnic, sorry no pics I forgot my camera at the Borst Motel. We stayed with Nick and Katie, we had a great time and are looking forward to our next trip. While in Chicago Xavi took his first boat ride. He loved it! Rocked him straight to sleep. He also got to play with all of his cousins, especially Liam and Owen. Side note, Nick, Katie, Jeff, Xavi, and I went to the super Walmart. Jeff and Nick were walking ahead Nick pushing the cart and Jeff holding Xavi, they got a few second glances. This happened a few times and then the duo went into the pizza place and Jeff entered with my Coach clutch and apparently Jeff was told things like "nice purse". This is the reason for the posed pic of the duo, Xavi, and the Armstrong boys. On Sunday Xavi took his first crawl steps and has been mobile ever since. It's amazing how far he can get from place to place. He loves trying to get the laptop cord and is not happy at all when he's not allowed. Wow, it is amazing how opinionated a 7 month is.
This past weekend we took a little family trip to Eckert's to pick peaches. Xavi found it much easier to pick the leaves, but he seemed to enjoy the tractor ride and he too picked some more blackberries.
Xavi is a very social child. On Saturday night he was getting a little fussy with Jeff and I, then there was a knock at the door and Gigi and Didu entered, Xavi began to perk up, then another knock. Kyle and Michelle stopped by and Xavi began extremely happy and a little angel.
He eats just about anything, he really likes my garlic hummus. We are trying to get him to try to self feed and he really likes his baby cheetos. For the most part he gets them in his mouth, but we've found them all over. Jeff is doing much better with finding baby cheetos and puffs all over the floor, on xavi, and in his chair.
This was a quick overview, enjoy the pics and we look forward to seeing all of our viewers soon.

Love the pics! Owen is very excited that his cousin loves cheetos as much as he does. He can't wait to share some with him on the boat next time. We had sooooo much fun with you guys on the boat. We will have to do it again. I think a future camping trip with the boat is a must. Hope all is well with you guys. Miss you!
