11 months old

Xavi is no longer the wrinkly old man looking baby anymore. It's so crazy how I thought time was going so slow and now he is about to turn a year old!

He is walking everywhere, even in circles. He babbles and will look at us and say " Ma ma" or "Da da" Crazy how picky he is getting already, just today I was feeding him sweet potatoes and he accepted the spoonful then put his hand in his mouth and pulled out the whole spoonful of sweet potatoes and placed them on his tray and smiled at me.

Xavi has a shopping cart that he runs up and down the hall way and his drink cup sits in the seat and anytime he's thirsty he stops and takes a drink standing up. It's super cute.

He is in awe of the Christmas tree, we put all the Xavi proof ornaments on bottom and he loves to go up and take them all down. Sometimes he just goes and stands in front of the tree staring at it.

He is really becoming an active reader, he will sit down now and look at books by himself, something I did not think he would ever do. We read the book "Ollie" alot and we do it in a British accent and he thinks its so funny. He too thinks things like banging Jeff's head into the door and the snap of a belt hilarious and begins to laugh uncontrollably.

We are looking forward to Christmas and seeing what the New Year brings!

Merry Christmas,

Love,
Jeff, Amie, and Xavi

Oh, that smile makes me smile. It is crazy how fast that boy is growing up. I hope soon he can say Wachel...perhaps the New Year will bring you to the great pacific northwest :)
