So, we have not posted in a bit and I thought i would do a quick bit as we have lots of pictures to go through for the link (which will be up tomorrow most likely). The weather has been beautiful lately so we have been going to the park and to Gigi and Didu's house and all kinds of places for Xavi to run around. He thoroughly enjoys it and it is not odd for him to cry when we make him come inside.
He even did well in the snow. We had a little night sledding with Didu and while he enjoyed it initially he was not so sure of it after actually going down the hill.
We went to Chicago for Xavi's cousin's birthday party and had a lovely time. Amie and I were too busy jumping around that we didn't get any pictures. But we had a great time and Xavi likes hanging out with the boys.
Also, Amie is taking Xavi to a "music class" for babies. While Xavi is the youngest one there he is also apparently one of the biggest. He has no interest in listening/following the instructions of the teacher and instead goes around trying to talk to his classmates. He does love his instruments though and will play them throughout the house. Perhaps there is hope for his musical career. Here he is with his backpack.

your kid is really cute. and it seems like he looks different every time I see a picture. the surfing and sledding pix were my favorites.
can't wait for the cousins to get into trouble together.
